RNDpoint — LinkedIn Outbound Case Study
Enterprise FinTech. Core banking, eWallets, payment infrastructure.
Sector: SaaS · Markets: Global, Banking & Financial Institutions · Channels: LinkedIn
The challenge
Enterprise FinTech selling into a highly regulated, trust-dependent market. Cold outreach was met with extreme skepticism. Previous efforts lacked the specificity enterprise banking buyers require.
What we did
- Researched each target institution manually in Sales Navigator at the company level, then mapped the internal team to identify Banking CTOs, Heads of Digital, and Chief Innovation Officers. Checked regulatory regime, digital transformation roadmap, current core banking vendor, and any recent modernization press before contacting any account.
- Three distinct message tracks for three buyers: Banking CTOs (architecture & vendor risk), Heads of Digital (CX & time-to-market), and Chief Innovation Officers (competitive & regulatory positioning).
- Sender profiles rebuilt as enterprise-grade: featured white-label deployment briefs, regulatory credentials, named institutional logos. A banking buyer saw a peer, not a vendor.
- Maximum one touch per week per prospect. Each message was 80–120 words, referenced one specific public signal, and proposed exactly one next step. No hyperbole. No urgency triggers.
- Every reply was qualified manually. No keyword scoring.

Outcome
Started conversations with banking buyers who ignore every cold pitch. LinkedIn became the way into regulated, trust-driven markets. Some days we filled the founder's calendar so densely with senior banking executives that he asked us to stop booking and find the next available slot. Best feeling in outbound.
