OTAKOYI — LinkedIn Outbound Case Study
Ukrainian digital partner. Custom software for global tech companies.
Sector: Software Development · Markets: Middle East · Channels: LinkedIn
The challenge
Strong delivery, zero traction in the Middle East. Previous outbound generated volume but no quality conversations. Prospects in UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar tuned it out immediately.
What we did
- Killed the 'we build software for tech companies' framing. Mapped delivered portfolio against three verticals: EdTech, marketplace platforms, and enterprise B2B SaaS. All targeting and messaging became vertical-anchored.
- Researched every target company in Sales Navigator first, then mapped the team inside to find the right decision-makers across UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar: funded scale-ups and digital arms of established groups, in-vertical, currently scaling product. Every account manually verified.
- Threw out every existing template. New openers referenced the prospect's product specifically: a feature shipped, a positioning shift, a hiring signal, a public roadmap mention. If a message could have been sent to two prospects, it was rewritten.
- Capped outreach at 60–80 sequenced prospects per week per sender. Volume above that ceiling required reducing research time. That was the exact failure pattern of their previous attempts.

Outcome
Opened the Middle East: UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar. Prospects could tell immediately this wasn't a template, but a message from someone who'd done the homework. By the time the founder landed, the calendar was already full of in-office meetings.
