Easly — LinkedIn Outbound Case Study
Dutch at-home health testing. Blood, STI, hormones, more.
Sector: HealthTech · Markets: Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France · Channels: LinkedIn
The challenge
Product-led growth through the webshop had plateaued. Consumer signups were solid, but there was no B2B channel for corporate wellness.
What we did
- Researched target companies manually in Sales Navigator at the account level, then mapped the internal team to find HR Directors at 200–2,000-person companies, Occupational Health managers, and Partnership leads at private health insurers.
- Filtered accounts by jurisdictions where at-home testing fit local healthcare regulations. Excluded categories where compliance friction would kill the conversation.
- Every first message was written manually and opened with the prospect's visible wellness gap: a recent vacancy, a published initiative, an ESG report mentioning employee health. Product introduced only on reply.
- Every reply was qualified manually before handoff. The sales team received conversation-ready leads, not raw responses.
Method
- Researched companies manually in Sales Navigator at the account level, then mapped internal teams to find HR Directors and Occupational Health managers.
- Filtered accounts by jurisdictions where at-home testing fit local healthcare regulations before adding them to the list.
- Every first message was written manually and opened with the prospect's visible wellness gap: a recent vacancy, a published initiative, an ESG report.
Outcome
Opened a brand-new B2B channel in the Benelux region. In the first 4 months we generated 60+ qualified B2B meetings with HR and occupational health decision-makers. Corporate wellness contracts now bring recurring revenue the consumer webshop never could.
